Loving my grandson

I haven't been around for a few days. Just been extra busy at work. We are officially in the holiday season now. When I went back to work after my vacation they already had four decorated Christmas trees up! Seems like they are doing it earlier and earlier every year! Thanksgiving just gets skipped over! I love Thanksgiving!

These are some sweet new pictures of my grand baby, Jason. Isn't he a doll?! I love this picture! He is 16 months old. He has been a sick little boy the past week. He had Swine Flu. He is doing so much better now. My son's fiance has it now and also has Strep Throat. I talked to them last night and she is feeling a little better. This has been a really hard pregnancy for her because of getting the flu, strep throat, and gallstones. They might be inducing her labor early because of the gallstones. They will be doing surgery afterwards to remove her gallbladder. Her due date is November 26th.

Jason and Christy. She is such a good little mama and I am so proud of her. I always knew that she would make a great mom...she practically helped me raise her two brothers! Sometimes I think they are more afraid of her when they get into trouble than they are of me! LOL Cole's exact words were not long ago, about 'something' that I didn't agree with..."Now Mom, don't go and tell Christy...I don't want her on my case." LOL

Christy and Phillip took Jason to the New Orleans Aquarium last month. He loved it. He goes around saying 'Fish' all of the time.

He has grown so much! Sometimes a week will go by before I get to see him and it is amazing how much he changes in a week! He got on the phone with me the other night and I told him that Nana loves him and Christy said that he started hugging the phone! When she told me that, it made me want to get up out of bed and drive out there to hug him. I've been keeping my distance because of him being sick. I've got to go see him soon! I'm having grand baby withdrawals!
Everyone have a great day and keep on washing those hands to keep from getting the flu!

What an adorable wee one, Lee Laurie. Before you know it he will be graduating ... time goes so quickly.

You need to take care of yourself, Lee Laurie with that nasty flu going around, you don't need that to get you. It is terrible.

TY for sharing such darling pics of all ... you are very blessed.

Have a lovely week. TTFN~Marydon

I hate when we get withdrawals about loved ones. I hope you see and squeeze him again soon.

What a darling boy! The flu is starting to spread around these parts too. I'm substituting in local schools now, so I am extra susceptible - off to wash my hands. :-)

Hi Lee Laure, What a darling little guy!! Just too cute. I so hope your family gets well and prayers for all.
I know how it is in retail after many years in it too, and now the on line side of it. The season does get earlier each year. I look forward to Thanksgiving and I don't do any Christmas decorating till after.

How did your day go after getting off at 3:30. Hope you enjoyed a few hours to do something you wanted. Your item is on the way. Look for it soon. XOXO
Have a nice evening.
