Busy as a bee...

I feel bad that I have not posted for a while. I have been so busy with just everyday stuff! My internet was also down for a few days due to hurricane Gustov. Now there is another one headed into the gulf. I dont like bad weather at all. I will be glad when hurricane season is over. We got a lot of wind and rain with Gustov and were without lights for 3 days. When Katrina hit, we were without power for about 20 days. I will post again later, I have to go to work now. Tonight is my younger son's 2nd soccer game. He is excited. I missed the first one because I was sick. When the weather gets bad my body hurts all over. I have had fibromyalgia since 1996. That is when the doctors diagnosed me after several test for other things. There is not a specific test for this condition. They just have to rule everything else out first. I was tested for so many different illnesses, such as Lupus, Lyme Disease, Mutiple Sclerosis, Mono, Esptein Barr, etc. It was a long and sometimes painful process. I feel for people who have this condition because it is not a visable condition and sometimes other people dont understand how you can hurt all over. One day maybe they will find a cure to this and people wont have to suffer and we can be able to have a more normal pain free life. Until then you just gotta keep on keeping on and try not to let it get you down!

Lee Laurie I don't know if it will help you but I found when I eat certain foods I ache more than when I don't eat them. I still eat things that are bad for my body occasionally but stay away as much as possible since the aches are not worth the few seconds of pleasure eating them!

If your interested in trying the diet email me & I will send you the online link.
